About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children We Care For team. You will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are living away from their family homes, helping them achieve permanence through adoption, special guardianships, and long-term fostering. You will also support care plans and prepare young people for adulthood.

In this role, you will:

  • Focus on positive outcomes for children and families using a relational, strengths-based approach
  • Engage and support families to make necessary changes through motivational interviewing
  • Hold a manageable caseload of no more than 18 children, ensuring you have the time and resources to offer meaningful support
  • Receive individual supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure your wellbeing and career growth
  • Have opportunities for continuous learning through training, webinars, and practice learning events
