We are looking for an energetic, business-focused and quality-orientated Regional Manager to join a well-established extra care provider with a reputation for delivering an outstanding service and operating as a premium provider of care to people in their own homes.

This is a regional role within which you will effectively oversee a number of home care businesses to ensure that they have effective growth strategies in place, you will work closely with each Manager and treat each location as a separate challenge. As such this role requires an individual who has a strong background working in the home care sector, is able to work with financial data and design bespoke action plans for each of the locations under your remit.

For this role you need to have experience of coaching & people development, be commercially aware and able to evidence solid examples of assisting home care businesses to grow.

Culture and customer service will be something close to your heart as you will be instrumental in being a strong ambassador across a variety of businesses across a Regional area and able to lead a group of businesses to achieve the highest levels of excellence in terms of business growth and operational excellence.

This Operations Manager position is ideal for someone who has previously been a Registered or Regional Manager within the home care sector and is looking for progression. You will need to have a strong HR or People Management background, be able to bring fresh ideas, inject innovative ways of working and really shape the business.

You will need to show you have strong empathy, be able to evidence a proven managerial track record and be capable of learning and adapting within a constantly changing business environment focused on people and building relationships.

Duties included in this role are:

  • Be an inspiring leader - driving business values, culture and engagement.
  • Use financial and people performance data to design and execute action plans that will deliver business growth
  • Take the lead on the Business Development strategy using marketing, the local community, referral networks and building on new and existing relationships.
  • Take full accountability for ensuring that the highest standards of business performance are continuously challenged and improved upon.
  • Promote yourself as a highly credible ambassador for the businesses you represent, leading by example.
  • Share best practice with your Managers to optimise business efficiency.
  • Deliver sales & business growth training.
  • Agree objectives for meeting business performance targets and manage budgets.
