We have an exciting opportunity for an Outreach Worker in Oxford with a contract lasting until the end of March 2025.
The shifts are from 9am to 5pm, including two early starts per week between 4am and 6am, with occasional weekend work.
The salary for this position is £13 per hour.
Candidates should have good communication and administration skills, along with experience in risk assessments and report writing.
Experience in areas such as Homelessness, Substance Misuse, Complex Needs, or Supported Housing is desirable, and a driving license with access to a vehicle is required.

Job Description

The role will be working as an Outreach Worker for one of the leading housing associations in the UK.

You will be helping rough sleepers get in to accommodation and off the street.

Requirements

The right person for the role will have good communication and administration skills.
You must also have experience in doing risk assessments and report writing.
Experience in Homelessness, Substance Misuse, Complex Needs or Supported Housing is desirable

Driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
