About the RoleWe're transforming how we support social workers to achieve the best outcomes for those we serve. With strengthened supervision, ongoing training, and manageable caseloads, you'll be empowered to bring your best self to work. In this role, you'll be part of the Safeguarding Adults Team, triaging safeguarding concerns while ensuring the adult is at the centre of everything we do.

This role requires professional curiosity, empowering adults through a risk enablement and strengths-based approach. You'll undertake safeguarding enquiries, ensuring Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) and Safeguarding Principles are always maintained.

About YouTo succeed in this exciting role, you must have:

  • A professional Social Work qualification
  • Professional registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in adult safeguarding, including S42 enquiries, MSP, and the Care Act (2014)
  • Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
  • Sound decision-making abilities within a risk enablement framework
  • Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced, complex environment
