Austin Fraser is working with a sustainable bookselling business looking to build out their UK development team and onboard a skilled .NET Developer. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including warehouse automation, customer-facing websites, AWS-hosted microservices, and big data initiatives. The role:
- Design and develop applications using the .NET framework and C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Define, design, and launch new features
The candidate:
- The ideal candidate will love books, be passionate about reading and someone who enjoys learning.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
- experience
- 2+ years experience developing .NET applications
- Strong knowledge of .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs)
- Experience with SQL Server or Postgres
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is desirable (preferably AWS)
- Familiarity with containerised applications and environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
