We are looking to recruit a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant to work alongside the teachers and other support staff in a local Oxford, Kidlington primary.
Roles and responsibilities - Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant:
- * Support a special needs child with an EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan)
- * Support a child who has an individualised learning plan
- * Maintain records for pupils showing progress against key targets
- * Liaise with class teachers to ensure best outcomes for pupils
