We are looking to recruit a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant to work alongside the teachers and other support staff in a local Oxford, Kidlington primary.

Roles and responsibilities - Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant:

  • * Support a special needs child with an EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan)
  • * Support a child who has an individualised learning plan
  • * Maintain records for pupils showing progress against key targets
  • * Liaise with class teachers to ensure best outcomes for pupils
