The Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our network of schools in Oxford. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, SEN training) are an advantage but not mandatory.
