A Specialist Needs School in Oxford are looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a difference in the lives of pupils with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing the students on their educational journeys. You will help inspire and motivate the pupils to learn, whilst also building their self-esteem, independence and social skills, to help provide them with the foundation to thrive after they leave school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology or Criminology Graduate to put their understanding of developmental delay, atypical behaviour, neurodiversity and mental health to practical use.
