What the role entails:
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to support students' individual learning plans. You'll assist with classroom activities, help manage behaviour, and provide one-on-one support when necessary. Your responsibilities will include preparing learning materials, assisting with communication needs, and encouraging positive social interaction among students. You'll also help students develop essential life skills, while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day.
