We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Year 2/3 Teacher for a highly regarded school in Oxfordshire, Southeast England starting in October. Year 2/3 Teacher Responsibilities

· Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2/3 students.

· Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.

· Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.

· Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.

· Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.

Year 2/3 Teacher Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

· Proven experience teaching Year 2/3 students in a primary school setting.

· Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
