Senior Estimator
Great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to work for a Main Contractor in the Oxford area, working across a range of sectors including Defence, Arts & Culture, Commerce and Industry, Education, Emergency Services, Healthcare, Religious Buildings, Residential, and Sports and Leisure.


About the role of Senior Estimator
As the Senior Estimator in the team, your role is fundamental to project success. You will be responsible for getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame, using software packages, establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors & vendors, and monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs etc.
The company you will be working for deliver exceptional outcomes on a wide variety of Design & Build, New Build, Restoration and Refurbishment projects, up to values of around 30m.


Requirements for the role of Senior Estimator
- 6+ Years experience as an Estimator
- Experience working in the Construction industry
- Within hours commute to Oxford
- Good communication skills
- Good time keeping skills
- Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
