The Land Surveyor Role

They currently have an opportunity for a Land Surveyor, with the willingness to combine hybrid working with travel to projects / schemes of work, in the Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire and Bucks areas

Suitable candidates should have at least 3-5 years experience working as a Land Surveyor with a strong understanding of the technical requirements of the role and a robust work ethic.

In addition, the following attributes are essential:

  • Working knowledge and able to demonstrate correct use of Total Station, Laser Scanners and GNSS.
  • Experience in taking projects from field to finish liaising with clients on requirements/specification and providing professional advice.
  • Proficient in the creation of technical survey reports.
  • Experience of working with teams of less experienced surveyors, adopting a coaching and mentoring style.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to work well and contribute as part of a team.
  • Ability to use your initiative, problem solve and work to deadlines.
  • Good time keeping.
  • A committed attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced industry.
  • A full UK driving licence.
