A superb opportunity has arisen in Oxfordshire for an experienced Surveyor to join an independent practice with an excellent reputation.
The role involves carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys, as well as some Redbook valuations.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £40,000, with a strong bonus structure of approximately £10,000 to £15,000 per annum.
Additional benefits include a car allowance, healthcare, and on-target earnings ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
Candidates must be experienced and qualified with a minimum of AssocRICS and VRS, along with a strong background in Building Pathology.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday

Basic salary up to £40,000
Strong bonus structure paying circa £10,000 - £15,000 per annum

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Experienced and qualified
Minimum AssocRICS
VRS
Strong background in Building Pathology
