An established Oxford-based firm is seeking a Tax Semi Senior with corporate tax experience to join their growing tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is working towards their ATT or CTA qualification and looking to broaden their exposure to a wide range of clients and corporate tax matters.

As a Tax Semi Senior, you will be involved in a variety of corporate tax work, supporting senior team members and gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows.

• Preparing corporation tax computations and returns for a range of owner-managed businesses and limited companies
• Assisting with tax planning projects and advisory work under the guidance of senior team members
• Liaising with HMRC and handling client correspondence
• Supporting the wider tax and accounts team with ad hoc queries
• Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and internal procedures
• Maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with workflow management

• Previous experience in a corporate tax role within a UK accountancy practice
• ATT-qualified or studying, with a view to progressing to CTA (study support available)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working with software such as CCH, Sage, or Xero

• £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
