Job Title: Enforcement Agent
Location: Oxford
Salary: 28,000 rising to 30,000 following passing probation (OTE 50,000 - 55,000)
The Role
- Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements. Customer service and empathy is key to the success of this role.
- Where a solution cannot be find you will be taking control/removing goods where necessary.
- Making enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property.

- 28,000 basic salary rising to 30,000 following completion of probation (OTE 50,000 - 55,000)

Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Driving License (held for at least 2 years)
- Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Able to provide a clean DBS and no CCJ/IVA
- Hold a current Enforcement Agent Certification
- Level 2 Diploma in Removal of Goods
