My client is a leading global provider of innovative industrial refrigeration solutions, committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to their clients across various industries.

They are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong background in refrigeration/HVAC systems or similar technical industries to join their growing global team.

As a Sales Engineer your primary task will be to grow sales within the industrial natural refrigeration and heat pump segment, build and maintain close partnerships and businesses with customers, i.e., installers, consultants, key end users. You'll be also responsible for advising customers, overall design/specification of the project, calculation, initial contact with subcontractors and preparation of offers and development of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical project sales
  • Maintaining and expanding cooperation and partnership with equipment installers
  • Technical prescription with consultants and key end users
  • Specification and overall design of facilities in close collaboration with the customer
  • Initial contact with subcontractors
  • Calculation of prices
  • Quotation including offer follow up.

Experience required:

  • Previous sales experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or any related industry which requires technical project sales to industrial companies
  • Experience in sales project management
  • Knowledge of the refrigeration industry (experience with CO2 refrigerant cooling will be a plus)
  • Command of customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of digital tools suitable for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
  • UK driving license
