Client Details

My client is a growing organisation that offers educational programs during the summer for teenagers.

Description

As the CRM Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Devise, develop and implement the CRM strategy to drive conversion, loyalty and revenue growth through our email, SMS and Direct Mail channels
  • Identify, create and analyse segmentation of customers
  • Employ segmentation and personalisation tactics, to ensure all customer communications are targeted, personalised and relevant
  • Map customer journeys by analysing user touch points and with this data, maximise commercial opportunities
  • Own the email, SMS and Direct Mail marketing calendar.

Profile

The successful CRM Manager will have the following experience/skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar CRM role - including technical expertise and experience working with marketing automation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience with customer journeys, segmentation etc
  • The ability to lead and develop a small team
  • Experience within the education sector is not required, but a passion to work in the sector is a must!
