Your key focus will be in the South area and your experience in restaurants, bars, qsr’s and similar will assist in ensuring that standards are maintained across your patch during their growth.You will be:

Liaising and guiding store management
Travelling between sites.
Making timely management decisions
Ensuring area-wide guest satisfaction and product consistency and quality
Managing the area's financial performance and store KPI’s are exceeding
