We’re looking for a travel industry sales professional with a passion and knowledge of all things Africa!
Joining our client as a Tailor-made Africa specialist, this is a fabulous opportunity for you to do what you do best - tailor-make bespoke trips to the region!Working with DMCs, you’ll be tailor making once-in-a-lifetime holidays, using own detailed knowledge, experience and recommendations.
An in-depth knowledge of Africa from a travel sales perspective is essential for the role, along with previous experience of B2C sales. Flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the business is also required. In return, our client can offer a generous salary up to £40k, plus uncapped bonus structure and excellent benefits. This is fully remote role, to be based in the UK.

Role of Tailor-made Africa Specialist:
- Creating tailor-made itineraries from inbound sales enquiries offering a fully bespoke service
- Offering personal recommendations & advice, based on your own knowledge of the region
- Delivering a high touch, exceptional level of service to clients
- Providing customers with quotations quickly and efficiently, following up as appropriate
- Work pro-actively as part of a small, remote team
Skills required for the role:
- A minimum 3 years of tailor-made Africa travel sales experience - B2C
- Experience selling tailor-made trips is essential
- Experience of dealing with customers with higher spend budgets
- Previous experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Previous experience of working with the US market (customers)
