Our client, a prestigious institution, is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Head of Maintenance and the wider team. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract .
Key Responsibilities:
. Maintain accurate records of planned and reactive maintenance
. Coordinate service contracts, inspections, and contractor visit
. Manage health & safety documentation and risk assessment
. Assist with project planning, logistics, and compliance
. Process orders, invoices, and maintain budget record
. Support sustainability initiatives and energy data tracking
What We're Looking For:
. Strong administrative and organisational skills
. Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external contractors
. Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and maintenance procedures is a plus
. Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems
