We are looking for a skilled and dedicatedHGV Technician to join our team in Oxford. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of public service vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and operate reliably.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on PSV vehicles in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is logged accurately, with completed job sheets and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with vehicle technology and industry best practices.



Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a PSV or HGV Technician, or in a similar role.
  • Relevant mechanical or engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license (PSV license preferred but not essential).
