The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised PA/EA to provide high-level support to a Managing Director in a prestigious and specialist sector. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a PA or EA, ideally within property, luxury goods, finance, or a similar high-end sector.
  • Comfortable working exclusively in-office as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-level executive support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Acting as the key liaison between executives, clients, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Facilitating communication.
