The Company:

My client specialises within the Direct Mail industry.

The Role:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with multiple stakeholders, to include key client representatives, business end users, designers, suppliers, production and operations teams.
  • To ensure all telephone calls / emails are answered timely and in a professional manner, acting as a focal and information source for general / bespoke print management enquiries.
  • To prepare and supply clients with written quotations for general / bespoke print management requirements, in line with company policy.
  • To liaise with designers and suppliers to create bespoke artwork / products, for client sign-off.
  • To process general and bespoke print management official orders in a timely manner, in line with company policy.
  • To track client orders, ensuring they are delivered within agreed timeframes, and client promptly informed of any anticipated delays.
  • To ensure client concerns (for example, damaged delivery complaints) are dealt with both effectively and timely and communicated accordingly.
  • To handle any packaging requirements for the business and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years Account Management experience with previous experience in the Print industry either working directly with a Printer or Direct Mail account management
  • Quality - Desire to deliver quality outputs, with clear client focus. Ability to read and follow instructions accurately and consistently and to follow company quality procedures and checks.
  • Attention to detail - Eye for detail and ability to spot potential problems before they occur. Complete work without need for checking and to deadlines, strive for high standards.
  • Attitude - Enthusiastic, highly motivated, good work ethic, flexibility to tasks, desire to learn, accept ownership and responsibility within given levels.
  • Communication - Excellent communication and problem solving skills, ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements to team members.
  • Teamwork - Highly enthusiastic team player, with positive team attitude. Resilient with the ability to work under pressure. Exceptional time keeping.
  • Data Security - Strong commitment to treat all client data as strictly confidential.
  • Technical - Good all round MS office capability with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience of mail merge and working with pdf artwork advantageous.
  • Education/qualifications - Good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Self-Management, Organisational and Project Management skills.
