Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide extensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless management of their schedule.

  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials in advance to facilitate effective discussions and well-informed decisions.

  • Oversee compliance procedures, including the initiation of files and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
  • Manage office correspondence, including mail processing, to ensure all communications are handled promptly and accurately.
