We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to provide essential support to our client's leadership team. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment and eager to enhance their administrative skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide extensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless management of their schedule.
- Create, modify, and review a wide range of documents, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials in advance to facilitate effective discussions and well-informed decisions.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries swiftly and professionally to maintain high standards of client service.
- Oversee compliance procedures, including the initiation of files and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
- Manage office correspondence, including mail processing, to ensure all communications are handled promptly and accurately.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in office administration.
- Excellent telephone manner and professional presentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
