Introducing Well Life Clinic, a new private GP practice in the heart of Oxted. Our goal is simple: to offer high-quality, accessible healthcare services to families in our local community. With experienced medical professionals leading the way, we're committed to providing top-tier care tailored to individual needs and provide an exceptional healthcare experience for all.

We're seeking a Front of House Host to join our team to help manage the day to day delivery of an exceptional 'front of house’ patient/customer experience to build the reputation of the brand and ensure repeat bookings.

An Overview of the Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers/Patients:

    • Welcome all patients/customers warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times.

    • Book appointments and process payments, ensuring all details are accurate.

    • Assist customers with special needs for a comfortable experience.

    • Address and escalate any queries or concerns for satisfaction.

  • Front of House Environment:

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space.

    • Monitor and order supplies as needed.

  • Booking Systems and Payments:

    • Schedule follow-up and referral appointments.

    • Handle payments and provide additional information.

  • Security:

    • Register and identify all visitors for safety and data privacy.

    • Adhere to security protocols to ensure everyone's safety.

  • Data Privacy:

    • Protect patient and colleague data, following security protocols.

  • Systems and Technology:

    • Support tech issues and act as a liaison for resolutions.

  • Health and Safety:

    • Ensure all areas are free from hazards to maintain a safe environment.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role where the emphasis is on service delivery.

  • Previous experience working with technology systems to deliver all or a key part of the role..

  • A good level of competence with MS 365.

  • Able to work a minimum 40 Hours per week on a rota basis including evenings and weekends.
