We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Food Technology Teacher to join our [department/school name] team. • Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, ensuring timely feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain and manage Food Technology resources, equipment, and budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote awareness of food hygiene and best practices.
• Support students in developing transferable skills, such as teamwork, time management, and critical thinking.
• Participate in curriculum development to ensure the subject remains engaging and relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Design and Technology department to create interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A degree or relevant qualification in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Food Technology at [insert key stages].
