Your Path to Becoming a Qualified Teacher: As an Aspiring Teacher, you'll support and engage students in their mathematics studies while learning essential classroom management and teaching skills. After gaining experience in the LSA/TA or Cover Supervisor role, there is the exciting potential to progress onto a SCITT (School-Centered Initial Teacher Training) program, where you'll work toward achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
