We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Oxted. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support students with varying needs, ensuring they have the best possible educational experience. Your responsibilities will include one-on-one support, assisting in classroom activities, and helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
What we're looking for?
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for education and student development. Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are key attributes we are looking for.
