Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 SEN Teacher with QTS, looking to make a real difference in a specialist SEN setting?

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic SEN school in Oxted, seeking a full-time KS1 SEN Teacher to join their education and training team immediately. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong understanding of Speech and Language needs, and a desire to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Full-time teaching position in a highly regarded SEN school.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons as a KS1 SEN Teacher to pupils within a speech and language specialist provision based in Oxted
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual needs.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of SEN professionals, speech and language therapists, and support staff for the education and training team
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring interventions as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
  • Experience working in a SEN setting or with children with speech and language needs (desirable but not essential).
  • A creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
