Salary: Circa 26,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely friendly, progressive, very busy, well established company.
You will be working within a solid Customer Service team responsible for face to face and phone based customer service, acting as the first point of contact for the companies customers, processing orders on the internal system, liaising with departments, managing queries, ensuring the system is kept up to date, discussing the produce range with customers and additional administrative duties where required.
You will have customer services and administration experience, be flexible, willing to learn, have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, be computer literate and a positive working attitude.
