Client Service Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Client Services Coordinator for an large packing company in the Paddock Wood area who are looking to add an additional member to the team’s operation.

Duties include: -

· Dealing with clients on a daily basis

· Ensuring that Production and clients ideas are matched

· Filling out job packs from start to finish

· Working with production to ensure item are produced correctly

· Inspecting finished product

· Making sure client’s needs are met

· Providing attentive care to clients and prioritising their needs

What do we need from you?

· Strong customer service focus

· Previous experience from customer service manufacturing background

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Eye for detail

· Positive attitude and commitment

· Preferably 3+ year’s experience in customer focused role

The Company offer: -

· Permanent contract

· 40 hours a week

· Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (no weekends)

· A clean working office environment

· Holidays / Pension / Company profit share

· £25,500 - £30,000
