We are seeking a skilled and experiencedMechanical Fitterto join our Clients dynamic team. Our client specializes in designing and manufacturing bespoke machinery for the wire & cable and paper industries.

What You'll Do:

Precision Assembly:Assemble complex mechanical components with precision and accuracy.
Engineering Drawings:Interpret engineering drawings to understand and follow assembly procedures.
Tool Proficiency:Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to perform tasks efficiently.
Material Expertise:Work with various materials, including mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
On-Site Installation:Occasionally travel to customer sites to install and commission machinery.
Problem-Solving:Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing innovative solutions.
Quality Assurance:Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

Proven Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanical fitter.
Technical Skills:Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Problem-Solving:Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise assembly.
Physical Fitness:Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical positions.
Teamwork:Collaborative approach to work and ability to work well with others.
