About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, working alongside experienced engineers to:

  • Fabricate,assemble,and install various bodywork components for commercial vehicles.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical tasks,including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong mechanical engineering skills and experience working with commercial vehicles.
  • Proficiency in hydraulics,pipework,and general fitting tasks (e.g.,using spanners,bolting,drilling).
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with electrical systems in vehicles.
  • Welding experience.
