The Role:
- Managing a broad commercial property caseload
- Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions, business sales and acquisitions
- Handling landlord and tenant matters
- Involvement in development work
- Option to work on residential conveyancing if desired
What You Need:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- A minimum of three years of experience in commercial or residential property law
- Strong technical knowledge and client-focused approach
