The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Leases and tenancy agreements
- Any exposure to commercial property matters would be great, but not essentialÂ
Who Are We Looking For?
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2Â years of residential property experience
- A confident, self-motivated professional who can work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Candidates already based in Cornwall or looking to relocate with strong ties to the area
