Project Design Engineer (Wind Turbine)

£50,000-£55,000 + Mon-Fri + Day Shift + Progression + Training + Company Car

Are you a Project Design Engineer or similar, with a background working with Wind Turbines, looking for the next step in your career, joining a leading and expanding renewables company who will provide great progression opportunities as well overtime to boost your earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established renewable energy company who specialises in Wind and Solar energy. They are currently experiencing a great period of expansion due to the exponential increase of the industry demands. They are looking for a Renewable Project Manager to work on their wind farm projects.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing wind farm projects from start to finish. You will need to handle the estimation and procurement as well as producing plans/drawings for the site. You will also be required to carry out site visits to follow the development of the projects and record daily activities.

This role would suit a Project Design Engineer or similar, with a background working with Wind Turbines, looking to join a forward-thinking company that is experiencing a great period of growth and would will provide a clear path for progression as well as overtime to boost your earnings.

The Role:

  • Managing wind farm projects
  • Estimating and Procurement of material and labour
  • Office based but site visits will be required
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

The Person:

  • Project Manager or similar
  • Background in Renewable Energy
  • Full UK license
  • Commutable to Wadebridge, Cornwall
