Our Community Service Centre in Paignton is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team and provide support to our Service Users.
Our Client is the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling, within the health care sector.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can help us in our mission to improve people's quality of life and independence every day. Our services allow people to remain in their homes, preventing the need for them to stay in hospital for any longer than is necessary, allowing the NHS to deliver front-line care where it is needed most.
Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied.
As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly whilst being responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.
This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles.
