Bit Ant are excited to be working with one of the largest employers in bay to find their next Customer Service Advisor to support a busy Customer Service team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a company that offers variety and career progression. The role of Customer Service Advisor will start in a temporary capacity but the role could eventually evolve to a permanent position for the right candidate. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as soon as possible to commence training.

A key part of this role will be supporting with queries from the general public or businesses across the bay. Your role will also support the wider business in their operations and reporting issues to be managed by the relevant team.

Main duties will include taking and responding to calls and emails regarding the following matters:

* Waste and recycling

* Reordering recycle/waste bins

* Grass cutting

* Accidents on the roads

* Issues with drains

* Traffic lights being out

* Commercial calls, including customers making payments over the phone to pay their waste bills

Applicants will require the following skills:

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good written and verbal communication

* Proficient typing and administration skills

* Ability to appease and diffuse a disgruntled caller

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Juggle multiple tasks

* Dealing with in and outbound calls

Full systems training will be provided but experience on Microsoft Office Programmes would be beneficial.
