We are hiring dedicate Production Operatives to join our team! Choose from Three shift patterns:6am-2pm,2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am Monday to Friday.
The pay rate is£11.44 per hour for the day shifts and £15.22 for the nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of machine productivity and maintain company standards.
- Ensure accurate paperwork logging throughout your shift.
- Perform quality checks on manufactured products, reporting any issues to the shift leader.
- Keep the work area clean, and manage scrap materials responsibly.
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Strive to enhance productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Operate machinery correctly, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
