We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our team with flexible shift patterns available: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am from Monday to Friday.
The pay rate for day shifts is £11.44 per hour, while night shifts offer £15.22 per hour.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role and possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety.

We are hiring dedicate Production Operatives to join our team! Choose from Three shift patterns:6am-2pm,2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of machine productivity and maintain company standards.
Ensure accurate paperwork logging throughout your shift.
Perform quality checks on manufactured products, reporting any issues to the shift leader.
Keep the work area clean, and manage scrap materials responsibly.
Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Strive to enhance productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Operate machinery correctly, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
