- Sales & purchases of residential property
- Residential property investments and lettings
- Re-mortgages
- Shared & joint ownership matters
- Matrimonial transfers
- Probate sales
- New homes
- Help to Buy
What will you need?
- To be an experienced residential property fee earner or paralegal
- Having a qualification is not essential for this role...
- Senior Paralegals with at least 5 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload are encouraged to apply
