Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom that supports all pupils, including those with SEND.
  • Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SEN staff, and fellow teachers to promote student progress.
  • Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, fostering both academic and personal growth.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
  • A child-centred approach, with excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students with engaging and interactive teaching methods.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
