Exciting Opportunity for Learning Mentors in the South West

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentors to work across various SEN schools in the South West. This role offers the chance to work in dynamic and supportive environments, helping students with complex needs achieve their full potential.

About the Role: As a Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and emotional development of students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one and group support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning experiences.
  • Assisting students in developing coping mechanisms and making positive choices.
  • Engaging in off-site activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Transporting students to various off-site activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on student progress to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.

What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
