Day-to-day of the role:- Lead the strategic development of talent acquisition, induction, and retention across the Trust.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team, People Directorate, and Educational Strategy Team to align talent strategies with organisational goals.
- Take charge of professional development within the Trust, working closely with development leads in our schools.
- Influence stakeholders and deliver results through proactive, solution-focused approaches.
- Drive the improvement of educational outcomes through effective talent management and development strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, ideally within the education sector.
- Significant experience leading a Learning and Development function, including Teacher Training programmes.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
