Role Overview
They're seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with a solid background in domestic timber frame design. If you have a few years of experience and are eager to contribute to our diverse project portfolio, I want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyse timber frame structures for residential projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to inform design decisions.
- Prepare detailed calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in domestic timber frame design.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
