Your new company

Our client is a well-established company looking for a Maintenance Operative to join their team. This role will be based in Paisley however you will be working across various sites, carrying out a range of general building repairs and maintenance tasks.Your new role

As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for:* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various sites.

* Completing general building tasks, including joinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving, drainage, and plumbing.

* Assisting with facilities support, such as furniture assembly, site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy.

* Responding to out-of-hours alarm activations when required.

* Ensuring all work follows health and safety policies, identifying hazards, and conducting risk assessments.

* Working independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

* Recording all work completed in the internal PMR system.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A broad range of maintenance and repair skills.

* The ability to work indoor and outdoor in varying conditions.

* Basic IT skills (training on in-house systems will be provided).

* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different tasks.

* Strong team working and communication skills.

* A full UK driving licence.
