- Manage and grow sales within the Scotland & Ireland region through account development and new business generation.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
- Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
- Attend trade shows, customer site visits, and industry events.
- Proven experience in a technical B2B sales role, ideally in engineering, tooling, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel across Scotland and Ireland.
- Comfortable interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
