They are looking to take on a Health and Safety Advisor to continue making the facility a safe place to work in.
Ideal candidate:
NEBOSH Certificate
Previous experience in health and safety role in a transferable environment to aviation maintenance facilities.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with current legislation's.
Provide guidance and advice to all aspects of health and safety in the work place.
Communicate with H&S coordinators, trade union safety reps and line managers across the business.
Monitor incidents and accidents and taking action to prevent reoccurrences.
Improving health and safety practices across the business.
Carrying out audits.
Part 145 awareness course would be desirable.
location: Glasgow airport
Shift Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm on site.
23.08ph PAYE
3 month contract with potential to turn into a permanent position.
