They are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage office operations, handle correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain filing systems, and support the team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, proficiency in MS Office, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Traders, Farm Buyers, and Haulage.
  • Address daily customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Manage invoices efficiently.
  • Communicate with external clients, storage facilities, and suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management.
  • Plan vessel operations for imports and exports.
  • Handle specialized product management.
  • Manage accounts receivable.
