Responsibilities in your new role as a Workshop Controller
This role involves managing parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of required parts to maintain customer satisfaction. You'll liaise with shifts and suppliers, process purchase orders, and track stock levels, ensuring accurate records and secure storage. You'll also handle tooling and workshop equipment maintenance, and manage parts requests from technicians, ensuring they are correctly documented. Key responsibilities include maintaining pricing structures, reconciling stock counts, and ensuring a safe and organised parts storage area while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Your background should reflect hands-on expertise in managing stock levels, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.
